According to the Wine Industry Advisor, the North Bay Business Journal award selection process selected Ledson Winery after evaluating overall performance, employee ratings, recommendations, and other criteria of 109 candidate organizations. Determining factors included survey results, responses from management and non-management staff, and written comments from employees.
Winning the San Francisco Bay Area “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” further underscored our unyielding commitment to a thoughtful, innovative approach to our people resources management.
To choose the winner, an independent research organization measured the Best Practices of candidate businesses in a broad range of categories. These included financial, medical, non-profit, and many types of companies.

We have all experienced almost overwhelming issues during 2020. As the world confronted a deadly pandemic, fires in and around Sonoma County have devastated many of our friends and neighbors. Ledson Winery & Vineyards was one of the fortunate ones in Sonoma Valley to escape crippling fire damage.
