Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, but depending on weather, a hold may be put on your order to avoid damage and ensure safe delivery. An email notification will be sent if a hold is placed on your order.
All Marketplace items can only be shipped via ground.

Since wine orders require an adult 21+ signature, we suggest that you ship to a business when possible to guarantee successful deliveries. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box.
The following states have special restrictions: AL, AR, OK, KY, SD, UT
A minimum order of one case (12 bottles) is suggested for these states. Shipments to these state can take up to two weeks. For Utah, please contact our Shipping Department for estimated delivery times by calling (707) 537 3810 ext 162 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are not able to ship gift packages to these states, AL, AR, OK, KY, SD, UT.
We are currently unable to ship to the state of MS.

We offer preferred pricing on 12 bottles or more (mix & match), excluding Reserve & Library wines. 12-35 bottles: 10% off; 36+ bottles: 15% and Wine Club Members receive an additional 5% discount.
You can include up to 10 different shipping addresses within one order. Example: Buy 7 regular bottles for yourself, a 2-bottle gift package for your client in Texas, and a 3-bottle gift package for a friend in Oregon so that you receive the 10% discount.
