Crisp from the first sip, this Chardonnay is for the purists who don’t like creamy or toasty oak flavors and aromas. A slow and very cold stainless-steel fermentation allow for this wine to retain concentrated aromas of juicy apricot, zesty Meyer lemon and Golden Delicious apple on the nose. Vibrant, intense and fresh, the palate offers elegant minerality and succulence, with flavors of pineapple, ripe peach and apricot. An alluring finish of citrus fruit and apple is so bright and refreshing you won’t be able to tear yourself away from the glass.
