The fruit of this wine was sourced from our Mountain Terraces Vineyard, a world-class mountain estate vineyard located on the western slopes of the Mayacamas Mountain Range in the tiny Moon Mountain District appellation. This mountain vineyard is defined by its striking combination of location, soils, climate and sustainable farming. It captures varietal flavors at its best with concentrated aromas of blackberry and black cherry. Raspberry, bramble berry and earthy plum blend on the palate while velvety tannins and subtle cocoa give the wine richness and complexity on the irresistible finish leaving a lasting impression.
